About Life Well Found
This is a personal blog. Everything here is something I’ve actually bought, used, and formed an opinion about — recommended the way I’d tell a friend, not the way a brand wants me to talk about something.
I’m Michelle. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, which means I’ve spent years paying close attention to what actually works versus what just sounds good. That lens shows up in everything I write here — whether I’m talking about a kitchen tool, a recovery product, or a sleep setup.
In real life, I cook most of my own meals, do my own nails at home, travel as much as I can, and have a 21-year-old who keeps me informed about what’s actually worth recommending to young adults. I’m constantly testing products and have strong opinions about which ones earn their place and which ones don’t.
Life Well Found grew out of a simple frustration: too many product recommendations online are clearly written by people who’ve never touched what they’re recommending. I wanted a place to just be honest — this is worth buying, this isn’t, here’s why.
The topics here are broad because my life is broad. Fitness gear, home organization, kitchen tools, healthy snacks, nail products, sleep setups, travel packing, wellness finds — if it shows up on this site, it’s because it earned a spot in my actual routine.
Some links here are Amazon affiliate links, which means I earn a small commission if you buy through one of them. That doesn’t change what I recommend. There are products on this blog I can’t link to at all, and I write about them anyway because I think they’re worth knowing about.
I hope you find something useful here.
— Michelle
